Marina Stationers offers a 7-day return policy, providing you with the opportunity to request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unused, and with tags attached, in its original packaging. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@marinastationers.com or reach out directly to your Account Manager. Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note that we cannot accept items returned without prior authorization.

Damages and Issues
Upon receiving your order, please inspect it immediately. Should you discover any defects, damages, or if you have received the incorrect item, kindly notify us promptly. This allows us to address the issue and rectify it accordingly.
Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items
Please note that our return policy excludes certain items, including IT items such as toners, which can only be returned if unopened. Additionally, custom products (e.g., special orders or personalized items) and personal care goods (e.g., cleaning products) are non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Should you have any concerns regarding a specific item, please do not hesitate to reach out.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest method is to initiate a return for the original item and then make a separate purchase for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
